Palram Americas, a leading manufacturer of polycarbonate and PVC sheets, has successfully completed the evaulation process to verify that many of its covering products comply with Canada's National Buidling Code (NBC). The Canadian Construction Materials Centre (
CCMC) conducted the tests and issued Evaluation Report #13450-R, specifically relating to Canopy Covering applications. The Canadian NBC is established by National Research Council Canada (
NRC-CNRC), and is similar to the International Code Council (ICC) in the United States. This is a required approval for sales of construction materials in the Canadian market.
